01 — Our Story
Being exceptional at your job doesn’t automatically prepare you to lead people. Leadership is developed through character, competency, and intentional practice — and helping people grow into the leaders they were created to become is what lights us up.
I (Krista) was sitting in my coaching chair after consecutive sessions with Emily and EmJ. Coaches have coaches, and during that season we were trading coaching services to grow, learn, and become better ourselves.
A thought popped into my head, and for the next several days I couldn’t stop thinking about it.
What if the three of us formed a coaching team together?
The next week I floated the idea to each of them separately, as they had not yet even met. “Is this something you’d want to explore?” Neither of them hesitated. YES.
A few months later, we gathered in the mountains of Idaho for a weekend to discern whether this was really our next step. From the moment we were together, something clicked that hasn’t stopped since. By the end of the weekend, we had a business name, a logo, and a philosophy.
There was no way we could have known where that one decision would take us.
Since then, we’ve built leadership programs, created frameworks that have changed lives, and refined our philosophy year after year. We’ve had the privilege of training leaders everywhere from Florida to Seattle to Belgium.
And no one has more fun doing it than we do.
We genuinely love being together. There’s something about the three of us that just works. We call it The Triad Way, and people who spend time with us almost always comment on it.
Looking back, we believe The Triad was a God idea. It has shaped each of us as leaders, deepened our friendships, and given us the opportunity to do meaningful work alongside incredible clients every single day.
Saying yes to The Triad changed our lives — and today, we get to help other leaders say yes to the life they’re meant to live and the leader they’re meant to become.
01 — Our Philosophy
Leadership is the highest-leverage investment an organization can make.
Every organization reflects the character of its leaders.
Great leaders build strong teams.
Strong teams build remarkable cultures.
Remarkable cultures drive exceptional outcomes.
That is why we do not just teach leadership skills. We develop leadership strategy — helping leaders build the character, habits, and self-awareness that shape every conversation, every decision, and every relationship.
Leaders who create incremental change build organizations with monumental results.
03 — What We Believe
No amount of professional success can make up for personal failure.
Through the years — working with leaders and studying great leaders of the past — we noticed something. It shows up in patterns:
Successful careers paired with strained relationships. Full calendars but empty tanks. People achieving more than they ever imagined, wondering if they’re neglecting what matters most in the background.
We’ve felt this tension ourselves. So we work hard to create something different — for ourselves, for our families, for every leader we have the privilege of serving.
We believe leadership isn’t confined to the workplace. It’s about becoming a congruent person everywhere you go. The person you are at work. The person you are at home. The person you are when no one is watching.
We have a name for that: Whole Life Excellence — our framework for becoming the same person across every area of your life, where who you are, how you love, and what you do all align. That’s how you make life count.
ENERGY. GROWTH. IMPACT.
